Horizon's Edge offers Las Vegas Style casino action including a selection of your favorite table games: Blackjack, 3 Card Poker, Roulette and Craps. It also offers 180 slot machines, all with at least 90% payouts!

These are the rules:

1. Primecard Cardholders must first purchase a Primecard casino
   chip voucher prior to boarding and are required to show a photo ID.
   Cardholders may purchase up to $125 in Primecard chips two times per week
   on any regular cruise.
   
2. The voucher may be redeemed for $5 and $25 non-negotiable
   denomination chips at the casino cashier.
   
3. The chips will be "non-negotiable". That is, the chips may not
   be redeemed for cash and will be good for Blackjack, Craps (pass/no pass
   only) and even money Roulette wagers only.
   
4. Minimum Bet using the "non-negotiable" chips will be $10.00 and
   the Maximum Bet using the non-negotiable chips will be the listed table
   maximums.
   
5. Whenever the cardholder loses a wager, where the non-negotiable
   chip is in play, the non-negotiable chip will be surrendered to the
   house. If the cardholder wins a wager where a non-negotiable chip is in
   play, the cardholder shall keep the non-negotiable chip, and the casino
   will pay the winning hand with negotiable chips, and the non-negotiable
   chip shall remain with the cardholder.
   
6. Unused non-negotiable chips may not be redeemed for a Primecard
   credit. The cardholder may keep the chips and use them on another
   sailing.
