accordingly, maintains the following privacy policy to protect personal information
you provide online.
Basic Confidentiality Policy
It is Primecard’s policy that personal information, such as your
name, postal and email addresses, telephone number, account number and credit
card number (if provided), is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal
information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only
by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide
the information (such as to mail membership materials to you or process your
AutoPay payment).If you also indicate on our site that you would like to receive
emailed information about Primecard programs and services, such as directory
updates, new restaurant listings, or membership benefit updates, your personal
information will be added to appropriate Primecard mailing lists. You
can place or remove yourself from these mailing lists by visiting the "Email
Subscriptions" area of the Primecard Web site at http://www.primecard.com.
No Release of Information to Third Parties
Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further
the purpose for which you provide the information, making online purchases.
Personal information can also be released if release is required by law or
is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There
are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information
to third parties.
No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information
Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information
about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not
email addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider
our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about
our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our
sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by Primecard
Information Systems staff.
In addition, our Web sites track information about the visits to our Web sites.
For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors
to our sites, as well as the daily requests we receive for particular pages
on our Web sites. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better
provide services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again,
the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather
such information.
Surveys & Questionnaires
From time to time our site requests information from users via surveys or
questionnaires. Participation in these surveys or questionnaires is completely
voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this
information. Information requested may include contact information (such as
name and address), and demographic information (such as ZIP Code, age, income
level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes
(if appropriate). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring
or improving the use and satisfaction of this site, as well as improving the
services offered to our Cardholders.
Security
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information.
When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, the information
is protected both online and offline.When our application/order forms ask
users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or Social
Security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the
best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such
as our application form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such
as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed
to unlocked or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.While we use SSL
encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything
in our power to protect user information offline. All of our users’ information,
not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example,
a Cardholder Services clerk or a Contact Us representative) are granted access
to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept
up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on
which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Cookies are data that a Web site transfers to an individual's browser for
record-keeping purposes. Cookies, which are an industry standard used by most

personally identifiable information.The Primecard Web site requires that
cookies be enabled on the users' browsers, to correctly manage special offers,
affiliate memberships, and other personalization features of the Web site.
While it is possible to disable cookies on most browsers, a browser with cookies
disabled will not be able to navigate the Primecard Web site.

Primecard has established relationships that allow visitors to our Web site
to link directly to sites operated by third parties. Some of these sites may
be "co-branded" with a Primecard or Primecard Online logo; however,

Supplementation of Information
In order for this Web site to properly fulfill its obligation to our customers,
it is sometimes necessary for us to supplement the information we receive
with information from third party sources.
For example, to determine if applicants qualify for the Primecard Card,
we use their names, addresses and Social Security numbers to request a credit
report. When processing applications for a co-branded Primecard Card,
we may share applicant information with the appropriate Primecard business
partner to determine each applicant's eligibility for the co-branded Card.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our
Web site. In this way, our users are always aware of what information we collect,
how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any
point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different
from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way
of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information
in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy
